Tariff
Full tariff for the house is based on the number of people per night;
1 or 2 persons $220 NZD p/night
3 persons $255 NZD p/night
4 persons $290 NZD p/night
Tariff includes breakfast and WIFI.
As we only accept direct bookings now, there is no additional booking fee.
Linen and standard cleaning are included in your nightly tariff.
Redwood has three bedrooms (king, double and single) and sleeps up to 1 - 4 guests.
The house and grounds are exclusively yours.
Due to the heritage nature of the building, Redwood is not wheelchair accessible. See disability access information.

"This 100 + year old bungalow was our home for 32 years. We built a small dwelling at the back of the property for ourselves and are pleased to offer Redwood for short term holiday stays.
It has been our pleasure to decorate and upgrade this old lady to the gracious home it now is.
As long term locals, we are passionate about our slice of paradise. Our lives are filled with bike and bush adventures, golf, music and dancing.
Having travelled New Zealand extensively and gained Superhost status on Airbnb, we fully understand the need to recharge your batteries and have space to yourselves."
